Manifest Your Best Year: How to Set Intentions That Actually Work
Here’s hoping your new year is off to a fantastic start!
If you’re anything like me, you probably made a list of everything you were done with and sent it up in flames (good riddance, right?). You also set some big intentions for what you want to create this year.
But if you haven’t done this yet—get on it. We’re in a time of expansion, and opportunities don’t wait around forever.
How to Set Intentions That Actually Work
Let’s talk about the difference between setting an intention and actually seeing it manifest. Most people set goals that fizzle out because they’re focused on the wrong things.
Here’s how to get it right:
🔥 Focus on feelings, not just things – Instead of “I want a new car,” try “I want to feel free, secure, and excited about my transportation.” The energy behind your goals matters more than the object itself.
🔥 Only list what you WANT – Your energy doesn’t know the difference between “I don’t want debt” and “I want financial abundance.” Focus on the yes, not the no.
🔥 Go big! – The universe doesn’t think small, so why should you? Stretch beyond your comfort zone—the answer is always yes if you’re aligned.
The #1 Thing Blocking Your Manifestations? Fear.
Fear is sneaky. It disguises itself as logic, procrastination, or self-doubt. Here’s how it shows up:
🚨 Self-Sabotage – “I’ve lost 5 pounds, so one milkshake won’t hurt.” (Spoiler: that’s how old patterns sneak back in.)
🚨 Self-Doubt – “This is too hard. I’ll never get there.” (Not true. You just haven’t seen results yet.)
🚨 Self-Criticism – “I’m not strong enough, smart enough, or good enough.” (Says who? Your fear? Exactly.)
Once you call fear out, it loses power. You CAN do this. Period.
