I am beginning to feel a breath of fresh air as we seem to be passing into a new stage of reality; Are you?

This has been a huge time of transformation for Planet Earth, and each of us has been impacted in some way over the last five years. Many have lost loved ones, jobs, and income. During the time of Covid, we all learned to live apart from each other, and that experience has changed us deeply.

Reflect on Life Changes

Think on how these experiences have shaped your life changes and perspective. Spend some time journaling about personal growth and about the changes you’ve noticed in yourself and the world around you; the impact of Covid-19 on your personal and professional development. These reflections can guide your actions as you move forward.

Of course, there have been many beautiful changes that have occurred through this experience. Even while we had to distance ourselves from others—family and friends—we found new ways to stay connected, didn’t we? Video conferencing has become almost a daily thing for many. Although this technology has been around for years, it’s now a household commodity. This just proves that we are all one—one family, one heart. That’s undeniable now!

Embrace the technological advances that have brought us closer together

Continue using these tools to maintain strong connections with loved ones and colleagues, fostering a sense of unity and support.  Staying connected with friends and family can include actual cards and letters, texting, emailing, communicating on social media direct messaging, recording video letters and more. 

How to stay conscious and positive in a changing world

As we navigate this new normal; our reality post-pandemic, we see positive changes in our environment as well. Ozone holes are decreasing, skies and waters are clearer, and wildlife is flourishing. We are all moving into higher consciousness, and my hope is that the pendulum has swung as far as it will.

Contribute to sustaining these positive environmental changes with sustainable living practices. Simple actions like reducing our carbon footprint after Covid like reducing waste, conserving energy, and supporting sustainable practices can help maintain the progress we’ve seen. 

Daily Practice:

Incorporate a daily practice of centering yourself through mindfulness or reap the benefits of meditation for higher consciousness. Set intentions each day as a daily mindfulness practice to stay positive, centered and conscious of your impact on the world, ensuring your actions reflect the higher consciousness we are moving into.
