This morning, I had an epiphany that I felt compelled to share with you: I AM COMPLETE.

In your essence, youe are acomplete being. Created in the image of divine perfection, you are inherently whole, lacking nothing. In the grand design of the universe, nothing is ever truly lost. However, there’s often a powerful, silent force that undermines this sense of completeness—a single word that shifts everything. That word is BUT.

The Power of “But” and How It Impacts Our Beliefs

The mind has a tendency to add the word “but” into our affirmations and positive self-talk, changing the energy of our intentions. Energetically, “but” negates whatever came before it, diminishing our self-belief and opening a door to feelings of fear, lack, and doubt.

For example, my personal “but” is related to not having a partner. While I may affirm, “I am complete,” my mind sometimes adds, “but I don’t have a beloved partner in my life.” That small addition shifts my focus from completeness to lack. What’s your “but”?

Every time we use “but,” we are, in essence, denying our perfection and inherent divinity. If we believe we are created in the image of a perfect universe or God, every “but” is a denial of that truth.

Why This Realization Matters for Manifestation

This simple realization taps into a fundamental law of manifestation. When we affirm, “I am complete,” we align with abundance, love, and fulfillment. However, when we add “but,” we shift our energy to lack and scarcity. According to the principles of manifestation, what we focus on expands. By claiming lack, we are inadvertently attracting more of it.

Finding and Releasing Your “But”

To transform your life, start by identifying your personal “but.” It could relate to love, success, health, or any area where you feel incomplete. Acknowledge it, then consciously choose to release it. Instead of “I am complete, but I don’t have a partner,” I might affirm, “I am complete and attracting a partner who aligns with my completeness.”

In short, recognizing and letting go of our “buts” allows us to focus on the abundance we seek rather than the limitations we impose.
