Waking Up from the Fog: The Power of Stillness and Change

Ever feel like you just woke up from a long sleep? (Anyone else feeling like Snow White over here?)

For the last few months, it’s like my life hit the pause button. I just checked my last blog post—February. Embarrassing! It’s not that I didn’t try to write. The words just weren’t coming. My Guides? Silent. Or so I thought.

When I finally asked them why they weren’t talking, they said they were—I just had too much static in my head to hear them. Sound familiar?

Major Change is Coming

In one week, I’ll be making a huge life shift—

Embracing stillness can lead to transformation—what happens when we finally slow down and listen?

moving full-time to my mountain home. I’ve owned it for seven years, but I’ve never lived there permanently. That changes now.

At first, the thought of leaving my support network in Atlanta kept me stuck. But here’s what I realized:

💡 We are always connected. No matter where I live, my people are just a call, text, or even a thought away.

Breaking the Cycle of Constant “Doing”

For too long, I’ve been in DOING mode—going full speed, ignoring the nudges to slow down. Those messages to pause? They’ve been there all along. But I wasn’t listening.

Now, I am.

Shifting away from the constant noise of Atlanta will give me the silence I need. The space to hear that “still, small voice” I’ve been tuning out.

So my new plan? Just BE. And wait.

Wait.
Listen.
See what comes.

What’s Next?

Who knows what I’ll hear? What I’ll discover?

I’m thinking about experimenting with a video blog—but not just yet. First, I need to soak in the quiet.

Stay tuned. Big shifts are coming.
